Located opposite the Figaro automatic carpet, which leads to the main gondola, and just 350 m from the shops, this 35 m² apartment on the 2nd floor (no lift) features an east-facing balcony with a view of the village.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (ideally for 4), with a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people, a double bed in the bedroom, and a separate entrance with 2 bunk beds (please note, the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old). The shower room is equipped with a shower, and the WC is separate. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a combination oven, electric hobs, a dishwasher, and a fridge.
The apartment also includes a flat-screen TV, a ski locker, and an outdoor parking space reserved for the residence with access via a key fob (unassigned parking space). The heating and hot water are individually controlled and electric.

For added comfort, additional services are available, such as the option to book end-of-stay cleaning (from €55 to €200), rent towels , bed linen ( linen included for long stays from December to April), and baby equipment . From Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. in winter and until 6 p.m. the rest of the year

Upon arrival: from 5 p.m to 6:30 p.m.
Upon departure: from 9 a.m to 10 a.m.
