This two-levels beautiful brand-new and high-end 121 m² apartment offers a bright and spacious living environment. South-west facing, it enjoys an ideal location, just a 5-minute walk from the village centre as well as the swimming pool and spa area. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests With its very spacious living area.
The apartment also benefits from beautiful outdoor spaces, including a large terrace and a spacious garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days and relaxing moments with family or friends. The decorative fireplace adds a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day in the mountains.
The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms, including three located upstairs and one on the ground floor. Two bedrooms feature a 160 cm double bed, one of which has a private en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds, while the fourth bedroom includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two guests.
The apartment also features a bathroom on the ground floor, as well as separate toilets, ensuring optimal comfort for all guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
For your comfort, you will have access to a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi connection, a ski locker, as well as private parking spaces located directly in front of the accommodation. In addition, you will benefit from beds made upon arrival and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment and it is strictly non-smoking.
A ski bus stop is located just a 5-minute walk away.

Upon arrival: from 5 p.m to 6:30 p.m.
Upon departure: from 9 a.m to 10 a.m.
