Located just 320 metres from the main gondola lift and ski school meeting points, this 45 m² apartment is situated in Building A of the Fleur’Alpes residence, on the second floor (no lift). It features a south-facing balcony and is only 350 metres from the centre of Les Carroz.
The apartment includes a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 1), two bedrooms each with two single beds, a shower room with toilet, and a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave grill, electric hobs, fridge, and dishwasher. A flat-screen TV is available in the lounge for your entertainment. A washing machine is also provided.
The property is non-smoking and benefits from individual electric heating and hot water. A private storage cellar and a narrow garage are also included. Several other apartments are available within the same residence, ideal for group stays (ref. FLB104, FLB105, FLB207, FLB209, FLB313).
