Located in the L’Ize – Le Lays residence, this warm and inviting 3-room apartment of 53 m² offers a comfortable and peaceful setting, ideal for a mountain getaway with family or friends. Situated on the 3rd floor with elevator access (Entrance A), it features a west-facing balcony with stunning mountain views. A free shuttle stop is just 150 meters away, making it easy to reach the slopes.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a living room with a sofa bed for two people.
For your convenience, the apartment has a bathroom with a separate WC, as well as a shower room, ensuring comfort and practicality for all occupants.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave-oven, cooking hob, dishwasher, and refrigerator, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The apartment also features a television for your entertainment.
A large furnished balcony lets you enjoy the outdoors. A ski locker (no. 21) and a covered parking space (no. 21) are also provided. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Heating and hot water are individually controlled and electric.
Optional services are available upon request: end-of-stay cleaning, Wi-Fi access, towel and linen rental (bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April, excluding short stays, €23 per bed), and baby equipment rental. Guests can also benefit from attractive discounts of up to 30% on ski passes depending on the booking period, as well as on equipment rental.
