Located in the SERAC residence, close to the ski slopes and 350 m from the resort centre, this bright and recent 46.32 m² apartment is ideal for a stay with family or friends. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests.
The apartment features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed (more suitable for children/teenagers), a shower room with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. The spacious living room opens onto a balcony, offering plenty of natural light, and includes a sofa bed that can be used as an additional sleeping arrangement.

For your comfort, the apartment also offers a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, and a private parking space located directly in front of the accommodation. Heating and hot water are individual and electric. Pets are not allowed.
Optional services are available: end-of-stay cleaning (€55 to €200), towel and linen rental (included for all bookings from December to April, excluding short stays), and baby equipment.

The agency is open:
From Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. in winter and until 6 p.m. the rest of the year
Key handover: at the agency.
Upon arrival: from 5 p.m to 6:30 p.m.
Upon departure: from 9 a.m to 10 a.m.
